Mapogo: The Lion Throne Vertical Documentary Series Set at FlareFlow

FlareFlow, a division of COL Group, has partnered with Singapore-based Bomanbridge Media to produce 'Mapogo: The Lion Throne,' one of the first premium vertical-format documentary series. The wildlife-focused project is set to launch on the platform in late Q3 2026, reaching over 200 countries. The series was announced at Owl&Co's Vertical Media Summit in Los Angeles. Filming took place over multiple years in South Africa, capturing the story of the Mapogo lion coalition. The collaboration highlights the growing trend of vertical content in the documentary space, tailored for mobile viewing.
