Scooby-Doo and Shaggy Head to Japan in New Anime

A new Scooby-Doo anime series, titled *Yokoso Scooby-Doo!*, is set to debut on Tubi. The show follows Scooby and Shaggy as they travel to Japan to solve mysteries and catch monsters with the help of Scooby’s uncle, Daisuke-Doo, and new friends Yume and Takumi. Frank Welker and Matthew Lillard return to voice Scooby and Shaggy, respectively. The anime marks a new creative direction for the long-running franchise, blending classic mystery elements with a bold Japanese animation style. Tubi's chief content officer, Adam Lewinson, emphasized the project's goal of connecting with global audiences through fan-first storytelling.
