Synopsis
When newlyweds Peter and Julie buy an old house with plans to renovate it, they begin to encounter strange phenomena. They first discover one of the living room walls covered with iron plates, which reveal an expanding sepia stain. The stain gradually takes the shape of a man emerging from the darkness beneath the house. Each time they paint over it, the stain reappears. The evil events that occurred in the house 100 years earlier are now causing strange occurrences. Soon, the couple faces direct threats from the house's dark history.
