Synopsis

Sarah moves into a charming one-bedroom apartment at Asilo Del Mar Apartments in Los Angeles, believing she's found a great place. The apartment offers ample space, friendly neighbors, communal BBQs, and an attractive neighbor living nearby. However, things quickly take a strange turn: she begins to be disturbed by loud noises at night, her cat goes missing, and the residents seem overly helpful and warm, with the exception of the oddball resident, Lester. As events unfold, Sarah realizes that she didn't select this apartment — rather, the apartment has selected her.
