Synopsis

Horror enthusiasts Alex and Sam, hosts of the popular YouTube channel "The Spooky Boyz," receive a chilling suggestion to watch the rare film "Smashed Brains" inside the former home of the infamous serial killer, Barry Brodsky. Excited for a unique Halloween experience, they venture into the eerie house, only to encounter sinister supernatural occurrences that blur the line between reality and horror. As they watch the disturbing film, they are plagued by haunting visions of Barry Brodsky and his victims, and the house becomes a battleground of malevolent forces. With the help of Lily, the owner's rebellious daughter, they must confront the demonic entity, endure nightmarish trials in each room, and perform a dangerous ritual to banish the evil within.

How many hands made this film

The scale of the collaboration

Principal cast & crew: 11

These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.

Why a floor?

This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
