Synopsis
Australian headlines screamed "Skeleton Found In Housing Commission Apartment" ... the man had died six months earlier but no-one noticed. The Northcott building is one of Sydney's most infamous buildings - synonymous with suicides, murders and drug deals. But now, Northcott residents are working hard to turn that perception around. This is their inspirational story.
