Synopsis

In Rockford, IL and other cities around the nation deal with their share of police killing people, by accident, in defense or sometimes just in cold blood. This is a true story about Mark Barmore a young who became a victim of Rockford Police department. This is a story of a young man just beginning his raise to fame when he was tragically killed by these to officers. When this unfolded everyone who seen, either didn't want to see more, couldn't see more or just won't tell. But every body's view of the shooting brings this gritty, thriller to life as we uncover the truth. The same truth Rev. Jesse Jackson rallied for, from the streets of Rockford all the way to the white house. This is a emotional heart stopping film straight from the national headlines.
