Synopsis
After serving six years for a crime he did not commit, Shane Daniels is released from prison with an apology from the State of Arizona. Within hours of regaining his freedom, he inadvertently witnesses a police officer's murder by the Chinese mafia, who are in possession of a kidnapped girl and a bag of drug money.
