Synopsis
João Grilo and Chicó are two impoverished men living in the hinterlands of Northeastern Brazil. Known for their lively and sly nature, they frequently deceive people in a small town. After their deaths, they are brought before Christ, the Devil, and the Virgin Mary for judgment before being considered for entry into paradise.
