A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!

The television movie is set in the city of Dimmsdale and centers on the series' main protagonist, Timmy Turner, along with his fairy godparents Cosmo and Wanda and his fairy godbrother Poof. In the movie, Timmy is now 23 years old but remains in fifth grade, still under the instruction of his fairy-obsessed teacher, Mr. Crocker. Despite his age, Timmy discovers a loophole in the fairy rulebook, Da Rules: if he continues to act like a child, he will retain his fairies. The situation becomes complicated when Tootie, who was once a socially awkward girl at age 10, returns to Dimmsdale as an attractive adult. Timmy falls in love with her, indicating his transition into adulthood and bringing him closer to losing his fairies. At the same time, an oil business tycoon named Hugh J. Magnate, Jr., who forms an alliance with Mr. Crocker, seeks to exploit Timmy's fairies' magic to boost his oil business.
