Synopsis
There once was a prosperous kingdom situated at the crest of a broad river, on the edge of an expansive forest. The kingdom was governed by a fair and just king who had a single daughter, Princess Angela, whom he cherished deeply. Angela considered herself the happiest girl in the world, as she spent her days playing and performed dances for her father each night. However, this happiness was abruptly ended when Princess Angela was kidnapped by the king's viceroy. She was taken to the viceroy's brother, a selfish and unkind woodsman who lived deep within the vast forest. As the years passed, the kingdom grew increasingly despondent, as the king devoted all his time to searching every corner of his realm for his missing daughter, Princess Angela.
