Synopsis
Heather is a free-spirited individual whose self-absorbed fiancé, Roger, rarely pays attention to her. Bobby, a naval officer returning from overseas service, seeks to begin a new chapter in his life. Both Heather and Bobby yearn for someone who can make them feel at home in the world, though they begin to question whether such a person exists. With the help of two Golden Retrievers, Bobby’s energetic eleven-year-old niece, Myra, and a lively theater production of *A Christmas Carol*, these two unlikely individuals find themselves falling in love during the Christmas season. However, they must confront the challenges of their past and present in order to build a future together.
