Synopsis
a-ha, the Norwegian trio known for their multi-platinum-selling career, will release a 15-track Acoustic Hits MTV Unplugged album on October 6. This marks the first time in the band’s 30-year history that they have recorded an acoustic album. The set list features a carefully selected mix of their signature hits, tracks less frequently performed live, and two new songs: "This Is Our Home" and "A Break In The Clouds." The album includes guest appearances by Alison Moyet, Ian McCulloch, and Lissie. The Unplugged concert was filmed in Norway, as each artist in the series chose a location of personal significance. a-ha’s MTV Unplugged album adds to their legacy, as they are among a select group of artists chosen to appear in the series, which has also featured acts such as Shawn Mendes.
