Synopsis
Rick Sebak takes viewers on an all-American celebration of one of the country's most popular fast foods, exploring the history and culture of the hot dog. Traveling from Connecticut to South Carolina to California, he visits some of the nation's coolest hot dog places, including a giant hot dog-shaped building, and stops by a few unusual late-night stands. He also examines how hot dogs are made and looks into how and when they became so popular, as well as what toppings are most favored today.
