A Mile in His Shoes
Synopsis
Based on the book *The Legend of Mickey Tussler*, the film tells the story of eighteen-year-old Mickey Tussler, who lives on a farm with his father and mother and has Asperger’s Syndrome, a form of autism. He possesses the unusual ability to throw apples at an amazing speed. After a chance meeting with the baseball manager of the semi-pro team the River Rats, based in Clayton, Ohio, Mickey is given the opportunity to pitch for the team. This chance allows him to prove to his father that he is capable of more than living in seclusion on the family farm, where he has primarily taken care of his pig, Oscar.
