Synopsis
In 1910 Paris, Emile, a reserved movie projectionist, and Raoul, a vibrant inventor, become involved in a quest to capture a monster that is frightening the public. They team up with Lucille, the warm-hearted star of the Bird of Paradise cabaret, along with an eccentric scientist and his irritable monkey, to rescue the creature, which is revealed to be a large but innocent flea, from the city's aggressively ambitious police chief.
