A Perfect Day
A weary team of humanitarian aid workers strives to complete a simple relief mission in post‑war Balkans, only to be thwarted by stubborn locals, retreating soldiers, endless UN red tape and even a herd of uncooperative cows, turning their “perfect day” into a chaotic battle against bureaucracy and circumstance.
Synopsis
In 1995, in an unnamed Balkan country, a group of aid workers faces what seems to be a straightforward task in a region that has largely returned to peace after a brutal war. However, their mission is repeatedly complicated by local residents, retreating soldiers, United Nations personnel, a large number of cows, and an impenetrable bureaucratic system.
