Synopsis
Fifteen-year-old Terry O'Kelly is an iron-willed Georgia boy who must shoulder the responsibilities of adulthood when his father passes away and his mother falls ill. As his mother's condition worsens, Terry faces the painful reality of becoming an orphan. In a moment of resolve, he makes a surprising and mature decision: to care for his six younger brothers and keep the family united. True to his word, Terry takes on the challenges of parenthood, but his efforts lead to difficult and unexpected consequences.
