A disillusioned miner, a vengeful receptionist, a restless migrant, and a desperate factory worker each confront the limits of tolerance in a fractured China, where violence becomes the only language left to speak.
Synopsis
Four individuals in different provinces are drawn toward violent outcomes due to their distinct circumstances. An angry miner becomes enraged by corruption in his village. A migrant begins to consider the possibilities of firearm ownership. A receptionist reaches her breaking point due to an abusive client. A young factory worker moves from one job to the next.
