Synopsis

Based on the *Happy Hooligan* comic strip by Frederick Burr Opper, the story follows Happy as he speaks with someone in a park before embarking on a journey to the moon in a rocket shaped like the front half of a modern racing car. On the moon, he is crowned king, and a ballerina performs a shimmy before the scene shifts back to the park, where Happy is confronted by a police officer. The implication is that the entire lunar adventure was a dream he had while asleep.
