Allison, a marketing professional at Life is Good, is on track for a major promotion while dating her equally successful coworker, Bryce. Her main competitor for the position is Vanessa, who has the favor of their boss, Nathan. Determined to secure the promotion, Allison aims to impress Nathan during the company's annual retreat. Her experience as a former camp counselor gives her an edge, but the retreat is being held at her old summer camp—the very place where she experienced her first heartbreak. Complicating matters further, Cody, her charming yet ex-boyfriend from those days, still works there. As Allison navigates the retreat's challenges, she must also confront her past and present relationships.
