Synopsis
Ainsley McGregor, a former criminologist from Chicago, has returned to her hometown of Sweet River, Texas, where she teaches criminology at the local university and operates Bless Your Arts, a community-focused art shop. When Ellie Mitchum, a renowned "Yarn Goddess" and heiress to the Real Wool fortune, arrives in town with a cold demeanor—only to be found literally cold and dead—the future of her Fortune 500 company and the control of her contentious family hang in the balance. As with every case, Ainsley enlists the help of her brother, Sheriff Ryan, her boyfriend, firefighter Jake, and the quirky group of sleuths who double as a book club to solve the mystery. No matter the case, Ainsley McGregor is always ready to investigate.
