Alice Rattled by Rats
Synopsis
While Alice is away, her cat takes on the task of guarding the house. The cat chases a persistent rat indoors, accidentally shooting a hole in the floor, through which the rat falls into a vat of home-brew. With the cat temporarily out of commission, the rats take over, initially dancing and singing, and later playing in the bathtub. Eventually, the cat sobers up after landing in a cactus and attempts to eliminate the rats with a bomb. However, the rats trick the cat into carrying the bomb himself, resulting in an explosion that destroys the cat, Alice, and several nearby trees.
