Alice's Balloon Race

Alice and Julius are among four teams competing in a $10,000 balloon race. A villain quickly eliminates one of the balloons, though the type is unclear since they appear sealed like hydrogen or helium balloons. The villain's attack causes Alice and Julius's balloon to fall to the ground, though it remains intact. Julius attempts to relaunch but fails. He then notices a nearby hippo smoking and devises a plan, using pepper to provoke a massive sneeze that propels them back into the air—but he is not on board. Alice lowers a rope ladder, which is not anchored, forcing Julius to climb up using a rope. Soon after, a lightning storm attacks, deflating the balloon. Julius then creates makeshift replacements, first using a weiner dog and a few empty thought balloons, and later an elephant filled with extra air. He grabs a passing bird to chase down the villain, eventually engaging in another battle with lightning.
