Synopsis
Alice and Julius are riding on a turtle when they spot a pie left to cool on a third-storey window sill. Using the turtle's long neck, they manage to snatch the pie. A police officer soon gives chase, and the pair attempt to escape by paddling across a pond and up a river. However, the officer remains persistent and tricks them into entering his paddy wagon, leading to their arrest. In prison, their antics continue, culminating in a bold jailbreak.
