Synopsis

On a remote Caribbean island, Army Ranger Joe Armstrong investigates the disappearance of several marines, uncovering a conspiracy involving The Lion, a powerful criminal who has kidnapped a local scientist and used him to mass-produce an army of mutant Ninja warriors.
