Amira
Synopsis
Amira, a 17-year-old Palestinian, was conceived using the sperm of her imprisoned father, Nawar, which was smuggled out of prison. Despite their limited contact, which has been restricted to prison visits since her birth, Nawar remains a heroic figure in her life. The void left by his absence is filled with love and affection from those around her. However, when a failed attempt to conceive another child reveals Nawar's infertility, Amira's world is thrown into turmoil.
