Synopsis
Jimmie Rainwood is going about his daily routine when two corrupt police officers, having misread an address, storm into his home in search of a drug dealer. Mistaking Rainwood for the target, the officers shoot him and plant evidence to frame him for drug dealing. He is later convicted based on the false testimony of a police informant. Sent to a run-down prison, Rainwood struggles to clear his name in an environment where many inmates also claim to have been wrongfully accused.
