Synopsis
Only a short time remains until Max Telligan completes his diary. Hollywood has already shown interest in acquiring the film rights. American producer Terry Wilde offers the successful British author a lucrative deal. However, shortly after the negotiations begin, Wilde is found dead at the airport, sparking a fierce struggle over the diary. Telligan's wife, Harriet, and daughter, Marsha, are soon drawn into the turmoil. Terrorists, the CIA, and Scotland Yard all become involved in the pursuit of the book. Telligan's secretary, Liz Ferber, refuses to back down despite the threats and works to protect the manuscript from dangerous individuals and violent intruders. Will she succeed in uncovering the book's secret?
