Synopsis
During an armored car heist in Los Angeles, crook Dave Purvis shoots policeman Lt. Phillips before escaping with his accomplices and the stolen money. Believing he has evaded consequences, Purvis picks up his money-obsessed mistress, Yvonne, and eliminates his partners before leaving town. What Purvis is unaware of is that Phillips' partner, the determined and resilient Lt. Cordell, has uncovered the criminal's plans and is moving in for the arrest.
