Synopsis
Ed Wallis, a new kid in town, is assigned to interview an older person for a school project and turns to his enigmatic neighbor, Ashby Holt, for assistance. This chance connection sets both of them on unexpected paths. Ashby, revealed to be a retired CIA assassin, is grappling with a terminal illness, while Ed navigates the challenges of adjusting to life with his newly single mother and the early stages of a relationship with Eloise, a bright classmate.
