Ausgerechnet Weihnachten

Sina, a teacher, and Carl, a doctor, have grown apart and are going through a divorce, with little communication left between them. On Christmas Eve, they unexpectedly meet again on a crowded train traveling from Salzburg to Munich. Tensions rise as old conflicts resurface, and the couple engages in a passionate argument in the classic screwball style, with clashing perspectives and emotions. When the train becomes stranded in a snowstorm, their stress intensifies. In the midst of their quarrel, they neglect their 10-year-old son, Felix, who is overwhelmed by the situation. Other passengers on the train also face personal troubles, and it is only as circumstances escalate that Sina and Carl begin to regain their awareness and reconsider their behavior.
