Synopsis

Delroy, a migrant worker, has spent half his life laboring in the Ontario tobacco belt to support his family in Jamaica. Saying goodbye has become a regular part of his life, but Delroy carries a secret—he has cancer. Despite his worsening health, he continues to work, keeping the truth from his family. *Babe, I Hate to Go* is a documentary that explores themes of acceptance and perseverance, offering an intimate and observational look at a man grappling with his mortality.
