Baby Story

The process of human reproduction begins with the union of a sperm cell and an egg cell, a moment known as fertilization, typically occurring in the fallopian tube. This single-cell zygote then begins a journey toward the uterus, dividing rapidly as it travels. Upon implantation in the uterine lining, the embryo begins to develop major organs and body systems. Over the course of approximately 40 weeks, the embryo transitions into a fetus, growing in size and complexity. By the end of the first trimester, the heart is beating and limbs are forming; by the second trimester, movement can be felt, and by the third trimester, the fetus is fully developed and ready for birth. The process culminates with the baby's emergence into the world, typically through vaginal delivery or via cesarean section.
