Synopsis

Set in Mexico City, Carlos Reygadas's sexually explicit drama focuses on a man struggling with the consequences of his past actions. Chauffer Marcos is driven to confess a dark secret to Ana, the daughter of his employer, who is a wealthy woman that engages in prostitution for the thrill. Marcos reveals that he and his wife committed a crime that led to a tragic outcome. Troubled by his history, Marcos seeks redemption.
