A determined sailor leads his mutinous crew to seize control of the battleship Potemkin and ignite a revolt, only to face ruthless government forces intent on crushing their uprising.

Synopsis
A dramatized retelling of a major Russian naval mutiny and the subsequent public demonstration in support of the mutineers, which led to a massacre by the police.
