Synopsis
*Before Dawn* features a single continuous shot lasting several minutes, which is technically precise and visually striking. The story takes place in a field, the location of which is unspecified. A lone truck arrives in the field and comes to a stop. A horn beeps, and from beneath the tall grass, around thirty people emerge and board the truck. It is assumed they are fleeing from something, with the truck serving as their escape. However, the truck does not get far before it is confronted by a large number of police officers and even a helicopter blocking their way.
