Synopsis

Tommy Bundy and Sincere are close friends and notorious, ruthless criminals who hold significant influence in their neighborhood. They are widely respected but also widely feared. As law enforcement intensifies its efforts against them and new criminal figures seek to rise in prominence, the future of their dominance remains uncertain.
