Synopsis
In winter 1993 in New Delhi, a deaf mute young man is arrested by the "Bureau" and accused of espionage. A sign language expert is brought in to interpret between the government agent and the accused. As the mystery unfolds, the expert is drawn into a complex web of rivalry among intelligence agencies, deception, and corruption, where the line between innocence and guilt becomes increasingly blurred.
