Best of the Best 4: Without Warning
Synopsis
A group of Russian mobsters steal a large supply of paper intended for printing U.S. currency and use it to produce counterfeit bills. One of the mobsters decides to turn herself in to the district attorney and hand over a data CD containing evidence, but she is shot and killed before doing so. She manages to pass the disc to an unsuspecting Tommy Lee. Although Tommy works with the police as a martial arts instructor, he does not turn the disc over to them and instead goes on the run, allowing the mafia to kidnap his daughter and hold her hostage in exchange for the return of the disc. Will Tommy ever be reunited with his daughter?
