Synopsis
In 1953, Pedro Zaragoza, mayor of Benidorm in the province of Alicante on the Mediterranean coast of Spain, traveled to Madrid to visit the Palacio del Pardo, the official residence of General Franco, seeking assistance in resolving a sensitive issue.
