Bitter Vengeance
Synopsis
Annie marries Jack Westford, a police officer, after they meet. Six years later, Jack is working as a security guard at a bank and believes he was unjustly dismissed from the police force. He has grown distant from Annie and begins an affair with another bank employee. One of his responsibilities involves transporting old currency for disposal. Jack devises a plan to steal the money and flee. A key part of his scheme is to stage his own death and implicate Annie. The police suspect Annie of killing Jack and know the location of the stolen money, while an insurance investigator is also pursuing her.
