Synopsis

Chris O'Brien, a devout Catholic and rookie police officer with the Los Angeles Police Department, is assigned to partner with the tough, street-smart Nora Hugosian. A serial killer is on the loose, and all the victims are low-level criminals with whom Nora has previously dealt. When tire tracks matching those of a police car are discovered at a murder scene, she becomes the prime suspect in the eyes of internal affairs investigator Simon Hertzel.
