Synopsis
A young rookie cop and his team uncover dismembered female bodies in Los Angeles that bear similarities to the Black Dahlia cold case from 1947. The killings appear to be the work of a serial killer imitating the brutal murder of 1940s Hollywood starlet Betty Short. As the investigation progresses, it leads the officer to a terrifying lair of death and torture, where the killer is attempting to bring a horrifying fantasy to life.
