Synopsis
After being released from jail, Lang returns to his hometown on the edge of the Gobi desert in Northwest China. He takes a job with the local dog patrol team, tasked with clearing the town of stray dogs in preparation for the Olympic Games. There, he forms an unexpected bond with a black dog, and the two isolated individuals begin a journey together.
