Synopsis

Tsui Chik, a super-soldier recruit, is forced to flee with his comrades after their project is abruptly canceled. Months later, he attempts to live a quiet life as a librarian, accompanied by his best friend, Inspector Shek Wai-Ho. However, a series of brutal gangland murders emerges, bearing all the hallmarks of Tsui's former teammates, who appear to have turned to criminal activity. Recognizing the police's inability to address the situation, Tsui decides to confront them on his own. Adopting a disguise, he becomes the enigmatic superhero known as Black Mask.
