Synopsis
Six months after Hurricane Michael ripped through one of the poorest areas of Florida, federal and state governments have sent in little help. Middle class families struggle to keep roofs over their heads, while poorer families in rural areas live in tents and damaged homes. Some live without electricity or running water.
