Blue World Order

Following a nuclear war that devastated the northern hemisphere, the surviving population in the south becomes desperate and violent while competing for scarce resources. Society collapses and an infectious bacterium threatens the remaining people. To rebuild civilization, a self‑appointed government called “The ORDER” distributes an immunization against the bacterium via a massive electromagnetic pulse (EMP). Secretly, the Order also delivers a biotech virus through the EMP, granting it control over the population. One man, Jake Slater, remains immune to the Order’s virus. Jake scavenges the wasteland in search of a way to keep his unconscious daughter alive, unaware that she is the last child on Earth and the key to humanity’s survival.
