Synopsis

After being released from prison, Elwood Blues is recruited once more by Sister Mary Stigmata for her latest campaign to raise money for a children's hospital. He sets out on the road to reunite the band and compete for the grand prize at the New Orleans Battle of the Bands, while being chased cross-country by the police.
