Borkmann's Point
Synopsis
Van Veeteren discovers that retiring from the police force is more challenging than anticipated when two decapitated bodies are discovered in quick succession. The similar modus operandi in the two brutal murders leads to a joint investigation between the teams from Maardam and Kaalbringen—though the collaboration proves to be fraught with difficulties.
